7. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features of Labsense may require a paid subscription.

• Prices, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be provided at checkout.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

8. Intellectual Property

All Labsense content, software, and branding are owned by TSM-AI Sp. z o.o.
You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, with disputes resolved in the courts of Warsaw.
